PB Bungalow 1 (front unit) is a cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bath house in the north side of Pacific Beach. Both bedrooms have a queen size bed, smart tv, and ceiling fan. Living room has a sleeper sofa making the house suitable for up to 6 people. Notable amenities include a fireplace, hardwood floors, high-speed internet, cable tv, washer/dryer, and 2 driveway parking spots.
Beyond house amenities, location is what makes PB Bungalow ideal. Just one block from the beach and Palisades Park (2 minute walk). The house is stocked with boogie boards, paddle board, surf board, sand toys, and beach chairs. So taking stuff to the beach is not a chore and young kids can help carry beach toys without complaining about getting tired.
If the sand is not for you, the grassy area of Palisades Park is an excellent alternative hang out spot, especially for watching the sunset while sitting near the edge of the cliff. PB Bungalow is close to the heart of Pacific Beach’s commercial establishments, but far enough to be in the quiet part of the neighborhood. Restaurants, grocery, and various shops are within 5 to 10 blocks, yet the house itself is on a family friendly street where neighbors value peace and quiet.
