The rooftop features a BBQ grill and ample seating for a family to hang out, dine, soak up some sunshine or just take in the beautiful views. This unit is close enough to walk to restaurants, shopping, Belmont Park, or the Bay. It is even a short drive to local attractions like: Sea World ~10 minutes, the San Diego Zoo ~15 minutes, Balboa Park ~15 minutes, Downtown San Diego ~15 minutes, and the Torrey Pines golf course ~20 minutes.

Perfect Location steps from Bay and 2 minute walk to Ocean and looks brand new

I recently stayed a week here with my wife, son, and two local family members who came daily while we were were still in semi quarantine. The two bedroom with exceptional rooftop deck for entertaining and views is the perfect getaway with everything you need for a family or friend get away with the assurance you control how close you get to others. The place has a two car garage with another parking spot available in front of garage parallel which is fantastic as there is no where to park in Mission/Pacific Beach and now it seems to be getting busy again as weather improves. The three story condo starts upstairs over the garage with a great kitchen and family room with a great dining room table to work or entertain. There are 3 Roku ready TV's so live TV works if you have a You tube TV account or any of the other streaming services available on Roku. There is a balcony off the kitchen to chill as well with two chairs and a bench. There is also a wine fridge to bring some good red wines and an upstairs fridge on top deck to store your drinks and beer. We spent most of the 7 days on the deck and we loved it up there. It is a great vibe and beautiful on the deck with 360 views. Sunsets and sitting around a fire at night with our own music was fun. Siting on the high top table on the deck you can see the ocean waves rolling in in the distance between the other homes or a great view of the Bay. The deck also has lighting to turn on so it is not dark up there at night unless you want it to be. The couch around the fire pit has a retractable cover to give you shade when hot during the day but it is a nice place to sun as well. When the bay opens up soon you are literally like 30 steps to the boardwalk. There are two bikes to use which was fantastic and I used three times and beach gear as well like boogie boards, 4 chairs, sand skimmers, and two surf boards for guests use. The master bed is really comfortable and two bathrooms are clean and nice. Design of place is really functional and great design and well furnished for a feeling of a five star resort. If you have 7 guests there is a pullout queen downstairs that is not bad and a roll away to be put anywhere. Second bedroom has a double bunk and single top bed for 3. There are games provided as well and a fully stocked kitchen minus the food and drink. The place is best suited for a couple or family but can work for short stays for up to 7. I literally cannot wait to come back and enjoy more beach living especially when all things start opening up completely. We still managed long beach walks, bike rides, lots of good takeout being delivered and some great BBQ. My advice is to bring your supplies and food ahead and your set for your stay. Hope you all enjoy the Pacific Pearl as much as me and my family did.

Absolutely amazing stay! Photos reflected this Airbnb to a t. So clean and welcoming the rooftop was well maintained and has such a wonderful view. You can hear the ocean waves in every room. The hosts are very kind and responsive. So happy to have found this place and will definitely be booking again for all sorts of trips.

The Pacific Pearl was the perfect spot for our vacation. The unit had ample space for our family of 5 and was well equipped plus super clean. The rooftop deck was our favorite spot at night. It was also close to restaurants and the beach. We will be back to stay again.

Great rooftop! Edgar made sure we got propane right away when we discovered there was not a tank in the grill. Nice kitchen and comfortable beds. Need to space out taking showers if 6 people though since it didn’t stay hot for long. Location is very good being steps away from the bay and 5 minutes to Belmont park and ocean beach.

There's even a Starbucks right down the street for coffee lovers. 2 car garage so we could fit our Tahoe and a car in it. Comes with everything you need for the beach. Absolutely loved everything about the place!

Edgar was a wonderful host! The location was perfect and house was extremely clean. The communication prior, during, and post was excellent. There are plenty of things to do and places to eat within walking distance. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk and was the best part! In the garage there were 2 bikes, beach chairs & toys. Clean, cozy and spacey at the same time with separated floors. They also have pretty much every essential need to cook or barbeque anything in the kitchen and on the rooftop. Less than 1 minute away from the beach. Bike rentals, Starbucks, Taco shop, liquor store all in the premises of less than 5 minute of walking. Parking will be hard if you plan to bring two vehicles that are bigger than middle-sized sedan, but it is manageable.

This place was perfect for our family of four. The location was great, right between the bay and the beach. The condo had everything we needed, super clean and very nicely decorated. We used the rooftop several times, taking in the great bay views! My daughters used the bikes in the garage, which was great to have. While the ocean was too cold and choppy to actually get in, there are several boogie boards and 2 surfboards to use, as well as 2 beach chairs, a few plastic buckets/shovels for the little ones and a small cooler for the beach. The place is airy, with a lot of light, with comfy beds and enough room for everyone not to be on top of each other. I would definitely stay here again during our next trip to Mission Beach!

We spent an extended weekend at Pacific Pearl and loved the place. The rooftop deck was a great space to hang out in the morning and evenings... especially with the sound of the surf in the background. Close enough to the Bay and beach to enjoy, but far enough to avoid the riff-raff to enjoy a quiet weekend.

I stayed here for a weekend getaway - the condo was just as pictured with stylish decor and a comfortable, home-y feel. The rooftop view was incredible! Check in was easy, and the host was extremely accommodating throughout our stay. Would definitely come back and stay here again!

We had a great stay at this Mission Beach house. We absolutely loved hanging out on the rooftop with 360 degree panoramic ocean views. The home is just steps from the bay, but tucked away enough so it's quiet and you don't hear the beach partiers. Our family fit comfortably, the beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean! I would highly recommend staying here, we can't way to come back!
