This 3 level town home is 1740 sqft and has ocean views from all decks, balconies, and patios. The entire home has travertine flooring. This property includes three parking spots. Garage dimensions: Height-69" Width- 177 Length 16 feet" Car port Dimensions: Height- 84" Width -87 Length 18 feet" . one covered spots that can fit a large SUV and a two car garage.

Entering the large property, there is a bedroom with a queen sized bed and bathroom on the first floor. The second floor contains a living room with a queen pull out and kitchen area with a large second floor balcony that has a propane grill and ocean views. The third floor holds the master bedroom with a queen sized bed and the master bath. Additionally, this floor also has the third bedroom with 2 twin bunk beds, as well as the fourth bedroom with a full size bed.

Directly outside the master bedroom is the third floor balcony with ocean views and a staircase to the rooftop deck on the fourth level. The rooftop deck has ocean and bay views and has benches and chairs. We just installed a glass bar area with 3 bar stools and a min-fridge on the rooftop.

Fantastic Family Fun

We arrived in San Diego after a long day of traveling with six children. After renting cars we followed directions to Ocean Breeze 1, and the name does not disappoint - the breeze was softly blowing as we arrived. The house is wonderful with all the decks and the rooftop and view of beach and ocean. We did have a problem with the property as it wasn't thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival. We phoned early Sunday and the staff at Mission Sands was surprised at our complaint, but sent over the supervisor who remedied everything. Our washing machine was not working and we had been notified that it couldn't be repaired until Thursday. No problem as staff from Mission Sands picked up our laundry and returned it to us clean in the evening. The Scout program was very helpful in organizing activities that we wanted to pursue while in San Diego. They made all the arrangements for us for a fantastic sail ride. They also informed us of other activities that we could participate in during our stay. We also enjoyed watching fireworks on the roof while the fire pit cast a soft glow and provided just enough warmth on cooler summer evenings. The kitchen is well supplied with pots, pans, utensils, glassware and some spices. There are ample flat screen TV's in the unit so everyone could watch what they desired or listen to music. This location is so close to the Boardwalk and ocean beach and a short walk to Mission Bay. The kids lived in the water, surfing, Boogie Boarding and Body surfing. The beach is very shallow so even our 5 year old could safely Boogie Board. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The only complaint I truly had was that the week flew by way to quickly. We were all ready to stay another week, but unfortunately work beckoned. The staff at Mission Sands are very friendly, professional, and accommodating. Thank you for helping make this a Fantastic Family Fun-filled Vacation!

The house was terrific. Close to the beach, and we had a beautiful view. The house was clean, had everything we needed to cook meals, and had plenty of towels. The beds were super comfy too... We would defiantly rent this place again.

Lovely beach home just one house away from Mission Beach. It easily accommodated our group of nine and we have a wonderful time. One of the 5 TV's wasn't working when we arrived and the management came the same day and installed a new TV to replace it. We would love to go back!

Lots of sand toys, boggie boards, 2 bikes and 2 surf boards. Kitchen Well stocked. Lots of fans for use and 3 parking stalls. Great lookout on roof. Hot tub was nice. Fold out couch was really comfortable. Great location.

The property was excellent in all aspects! The location and layout was perfect for our group. We especially enjoyed the rooftop Hot Tub and Fire pit. We saw several amazing sunsets with the panoramic 360 view of the bay and ocean. We stay in Mission at least once a year and this place ranks at the top of our list!

Amazing Blessing for Ministry

My board of directors and I received the great blessing and privilege of staying in Ocean Breeze 1 for five nights, so that we could do our yearly board of directors retreat. The location is incredible, staff help prompt, and price was a phenomenal deal! All board members only had one complaint... that we had to leave!! It is our sincere hope to be able to rent this location again for our next board retreat! Well done to all who made this location available to us! Blessings.

We had an amazing time in Ocean Breeze 1. The house was wonderful and the access to the beach unparalleled. It was a fun space and we loved the roof and firepit. The one thing holding me back from "excellent" was that the battery in the smoke alarm in the downstairs bedroom chirpped all Friday night so Saturday we went out and bought a new battery to stop the chirping. We did not want to pay the $75 to have someone come out and look a it (as a non-emergency related issue) so it was a $7 expense for us to have some peace and quiet.

Amazing property!

Amazing property located right near the boardwalk with the most beautiful rooftop patio. The house can easily sleep 8-10 guests. The house also came with four beach bikes, which was awesome (although the bike lock code we were provided didn't work, they were still a perk). The house was clean, cutely decorated, and as seen in pictures. We were able to get an early check in no problem. The checkout time is a little on the early side (10 AM), but at least that allows the option for an early check in for other guests! Most amenities were provided (soap, shampoo, conditioner, linens, and towels) but some basic things were lacking like oven mitts and additional trash bags. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Overall no complaints.

This is a great property for being in the heart of mission beach. Amazing views from the rooftop around the gas fit place and just steps to the beach and boardwalk. You must do at least one early rise and walk up to the Pacific Beach Pier for sunrise (opens at 7am). You will truly enjoy your stay here.

We were in San Diego for a Lacrosse tournament, and didn't want to be cooped up in a hotel. We were a half block to the sand. Walking and biking distance to shops and restaurants. The location worked well.

Very nice beach house. Enjoyed our stay. Great location being close to restaurants and the ocean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Thanks for getting us a second bike to use for the week. Patios could have been cleaner. It was a great vacation!

Awesome Beach House

The house is in a perfect location. Right in the middle of Mission Beach and Pacific Beach. The house was immaculate and so spacious. We spent most of our time sitting around the dinning table and enjoying each others company. Watched the sunset on the roof. The management company is so organized and we did not need to call them at all since everything you needed to know was posted in the home. The 3 parking spots was great, as parking by the beach is always difficult. We created memories here and we definitely will be back! Thank You Mission Sands!

We were looking to host a multi-family college graduation and extend into a mini vacation, this unit fit the bill. Beach access 20 yards from the front door, rooftop deck and firepit was a great gathering place, and delivered an open floor plan and kitchen. Property mgmt company was easy to work with before and during our stay. Highly recommend this property!

Mission Sands has a very knowledgeable and friendly staff. When I called they listed to what I wanted in a vacation rental and found me the perfect place to stay within minutes. I spent many hours speaking with other agents in the area to find a place and some of them did not bother to call me back. Mission Sands was the only place that was friendly, affordable and efficient. Thanks again and I will definitely be a returning customer next season! We loved the view! I got to cook dinner on the stove and watch dolphins swim just a few feet away from surfers. The decorations were beautiful as well! Thanks again : )

We recently had a family vacation, including grandparents and children, and we stayed at Ocean Breeze. Our stay was so enjoyable nobody wanted to leave. The house was beautiful, clean, well equipped with everything to make our stay comfortable, and there was plenty of sleeping space and showers for 8 adults and 4 children. Although there are plenty of eateries close by, we mostly ate in since the kitchen was well stocked with housewares and there was a gas grill on the deck outside the kitchen area. Everyone enjoyed the rooftop lounge with stunning views and firepit. At night, we were able to see the fireworks display from SeaWorld, which is a few miles away. The best feature is the location. We were steps away from the beach and we enjoyed walking on the sand or boardwalk down to the more touristy areas of Mission Beach or up to Pacific Beach. We also enjoyed good local shops like cafes and bakeries which were just a few blocks away. The area of the beach close to the house was less crowded (and it was Labor Day!) than other areas and the waves were perfect for our beginner surfers and boogie boarders. If you cross the street, you are within blocks of the quieter Mission Bay with lovely walkways. Lastly, the owner was very helpful and described the accomodations and parking spaces for our 3 vehicles accurately. The pictures on the website capture the house perfectly. The Mission Sands office is just a few blocks down from the house which made it very easy to drop off the keys at the end of our stay and they were extremely professional and made every effort to make our stay enjoyable. This was easily our most memorable Labor Day and we are so grateful to the staff at Mission Sands for making it so.

Ocean Breeze #1 did not disappoint. Exactly how it looks in the pictures. A great property about 20 seconds away from the beach and within walking distance of many local restaurants, and bars. Great view from the rooftop. Excellent property that easily sleeps 11 adults with no problem. I will definitely book this property again in the future.
