Manhattan Shores #5 is the combo of the downstairs Manhattan Shores #2 and the upstairs Manhattan Shores #3 unit. This is perfect for two families that want to be close to each other while still having their own private areas.

The downstairs unit consists of 2 bedrooms, one room with a king bed and the other with two twin beds, and 2 full bathrooms. Upstairs has three bedrooms, a master suite with a King bed and ensuite bathroom, a room with a queen bed, and one with two twin beds, as well as a full guest bathroom. Both units come with their own washer and dryer, full kitchen, living room with sofa sleeper in the upstairs unit and 3 parking spaces total.

If you still need more room then right across the walk way is a one bedroom, one bath called Manhattan Shores #1B.

Just off the main living room of the downstairs unit, enjoy your own private outdoor space that features new lounge sofa seating, outdoor table and chairs

These Mission Beach units are in a great location. Less than a minutes’ walk to the ocean or bay, ten minutes to Belmont Park, and less than a ten minute drive to Sea World. Book now before it’s too late!

This property is located in an ideally - close to Mission Bay for little ones and Mission Beach for more adventurous older kids for playing in the water and/or water sports or just a stroll on the beach. The outdoor living/dining area is great for morning coffee and evening relaxing. The units were clean and well maintained.

We rented 2 units for a family vacation and it worked out perfectly. Easy walk to the beach and convenient to get to other places around San Diego. Units were clean and well-kept. Very comfortable! We'd definitely go back.

The unit was a good value considering the location and the fact it could hold 8 guys for a golf trip comfortably. It was clean and had plenty of towels.

I rented this 2 story townhouse for a reunion of some friends, I think the pictures don't do it total justice. The outside patio on the ground floor with the hot tub is an excellent and large spot, big enough to hold all 12 of us. The interior of the house is well kept, both units had 2 full bathrooms, lots of beds, walking distance to everything. Would highly recommend, thank you!

The house and the location are great! We had both units in the house, upstairs and downstairs, as we had 10 people. Everyone fit comfortably in the accommodations. Wonderful to have off street parking for the 3 vehicles that we had. Would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed at Manhattan Shores 5 for many years in a row. It has been perfect for us to share as a large family, great for kids, and super convenient to the beach and bay. We plan to continue to stay at this location for a long time!

The master bedrooms were great, the location between the Bay and the Ocean were good, the patio and balcony were very nice. The units slept all our guests comfortably. We had an issue with the upstairs washer/dryer which Mission Sands took care of immediately. The units were very clean. The only negative is they included the sofas in the number of people for sleeping, and although the sofas were comfy, they weren't pull out sleeper sofas. I would recommend these units to future vacationers.

This is our second year staying at Manhattan Shores 5, and it is perfect for our family trip. The distance to the bay and beach is an easy walk for even our littlest ones.We love the large patio, 2 full kitchens and 4 bathrooms. The rooms are spacious enough for a pack and play or kiddo sleeping bag on the floor. We have had a great week each year!

This home had the best location to almost everything you want in a beach house. Our family had the best time on the vacation and felt at home but without the stress. The vacation time went quick cause we were all having fun. We will recommend and consider this place for our vacations.
