Tucked away just a block from the bay and roughly 1 block to the ocean is our newly remodeled Manhattan Shores condo. This ground floor unit has a shared patio with a BBQ. Inside you will find a renovated kitchen with top of the line appliances and bar seating for 4. The unit is equipped with a Stackable washer and dryer and full bathroom. The Master bedroom has a king bed, and there is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. Plus this unit come with one small parking spot in the garage!

This unit is available on for 1,2,3 months stays. Please inquire for monthly rates!

Great place for a vacation!

Very comfortable, well stocked condo. Great first floor location. Props to the management for making the garage sound worse than it was. We had a Camry and just backed it in half way, put the beach gear that is in the garage in the trunk of the car and were behind the no parking line. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The washer/dryer was great for drying swimsuits before the next day at the beach. The furnishings and bed were comfortable. With the ceiling fans going and windows open we didn’t even care there was no air conditioning, plus there were box fans if you needed...

My sister and I loved our beach abode. The rental was spotless and well equipped! We could tell that many household furniture pieces and items were brand new. The location is beautifully centered between the bay and the ocean. We even used the garage on one occasion. We had an outdoor space where we had privacy to sit and chat. We definitely want to rent here again next summer. Perfect for two or three people.

Nice, cozy and comfortable place to stay. Unit had everything you may need while on a trip. Close walking distance to beach, Bay, shops and restaurants.

Simple basic accommodations. Clear cold instructions. Easy to access and highly private Great location easy walk to the beach area which was the purpose of the vacation. Quiet safe area. I would recommend the fairly good off season rate. Thanks.

This property was everything and more. We stayed as a family it was my husband and our three year old. It was quiet and easy access to the beach. The interior decor was so cute and had all the beach vibes. We were so happy the unit had utensils and dishes. The bathroom was clean, the bedroom was arranged perfectly. This property had all the amenities you would hope for.

The place was better than what we expected. It was very clean. They provided us with everything we needed. The patio was open and spacious with new furniture. This place allowed us to have the perfect vacation for our young small family.
