This cute two bedroom one bathroom cottage sleeps five and is only steps away from the beach. The master bedroom has one full bed and access to the patio through the double french doors. The second bedroom has a twin over a full bunk bed, that sleeps 3. Each bedroom has flat screen TV's that are mounted to the walls. The dinette area comfortably seats 6 at the table. There is a large patio with tables, chairs and a gas BBQ grill, perfect for a relaxing getaway. This unit is situated along a major road in Mission Beach and thus you'll likely experience traffic noise, but the location puts you just north of Belmont park and close to fun local eateries. Cozy cottage

Could not imagine better place for the price. We loved every minute of our stay. The place is beautiful, clean and well equipped, and most importantly 1 minute walk to the beach!!! The only bad part is parking, which I understand is normal for that place and there's nothing to be done. Thank you for the great time we had, we would totally recommend that place!!

Literally 100 yards from the Boardwalk!

This is a great little bungalow just steps from the Boardwalk. A nice place with the typical Airbnb amenities. The location is blocks away from the main attractions at Mission Beach. Close to lots of other shops and restaurants. A great touristy destination in San Diego

Great location and affordable

This was a budget friendly place but very clean and walkable to the beach and restaurants. No parking space is important to know when booking and the street cleaner comes twice a week so pay attention to signs so you don't get a ticket. Beds were comfortable.

Cozy is an understatement

This location was prime as we were steps from the beach and the bay. Parking was a hassle in the 1st day as the city was doing some maintenance on the sidewalk but was pretty simple for the rest of our stay.The property itself was clean and had mostly everything we needed. The check in/check out process was also smooth and would definitely stay again.

The house was great, just like in the pictures. The people next to us were just awesome, they said hi and were super nice to us. The bunk beds were great for my kids, so I loved that as well. The other room had a good bed it makes a bunch of noise when you move from one side to the other.

The Airbnb was just like it was pictured. It was a cute little cottage. It was all we needed for our stay. It was a quick walk to the beach. It was perfect for the 5 of us.

Great little house. We really liked the deck area. It gave us room to set up extra tables for a family dinner. The beds were very comfy. The interior of the house has been updated and is really cute. The best thing is that it is pet friendly. We would stay again.

We had a great stay at this cozy beach cottage. Brandon was amazing, he put up a baby gate so our little ones would be safe and the neighbors were extremely helpful and friendly with us and our kids. A short walk to the beach made for a perfect spring break.

All in all, the house was sufficient. I wish the add would have said that the house was on a busy street as the traffic noise was extreme and made it hard to enjoy even a meal on the porch. The house was clean and well maintained. there were a few items such as a missing screen on the larger bedroom window making it hard to leave the window open and with no AC, it was warm. The smoke detector in the kitchen was missing a battery. The management company was friendly, and brought us a fan quickly. We had a great time!! We had everything we needed to prepare and eat meals. It would have been nice to have a couple of beach chairs to take to the beach.

Was great! There's only one thing we would change. I wish there were more ceiling fans other than just one room. It was a little stuffy during the day. Other then that our stay was great! Check out and check in literally took like 2 minutes. The staff was very friendly!

Perfect Location, Good House

The location is amazing. The house is really nice, but smaller than we were expecting, which wasn't a problem. It was still plenty big for three large men to sleep and exist. We only really had two issues: 1. It gets so hot in the house if you don't have the windows open and leaving the windows open when you're gone isn't really an option. 2. The checkout instructions asked us to put dishes in the dishwasher, but there was no dishwasher. That's very confusing. But Sara was awesome to deal with, and late check-in was smooth. We would definitely stay again.

Just What We Needed

Our family had a great time staying at this property. The house was clean and modern. We were very comfortable with our family of four and a dog. The front deck was great to have. A rocks throw from the beach. One downside was the house is directly on Mission Blvd which can be a bit noisy, but it wasn't that big of a deal. The check out time of 10am was earlier than most places as well. But all in all, it was a great rental and great location!

Great location! Cottage was clean and had everything we needed. Literally steps from the beach and great restaurants. My girls and I had a fantastic time! Only negative is parking, but that is expected for the area. Will be back!

Friendly and knowledgeable about the local area. Krista and the Mission Sands staff made sure we enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The property was charming with a wonderful patio to enjoy the mornings and evenings. Easy access to the beach and restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The property was cute and cozy, it worked well for us. The bathroom and kitchen looked as if they were recently updated and were very nice. The only down side was parking but after the first day or so we figured out a way to make it work. I would definitely stay at the same property again or use Mission Sands for another summer rental again. See you next year!
