Beach bonfires have been a favorite tradition of native San Diegans, and visitors of the area for years - and sadly, not too long ago, new laws and regulations were passed banning what most people had gotten used to – a simple beach fire. Many beach fire pits were eliminated. When public beach fire pits became more and more scarce, a few Mission Beach locals took notice. With so many golden memories forged around the fire, it seemed like a shame to watch the old tradition disappear.
In an effort to keep the tradition alive, Beach Fire Guy started a business dedicated to offering all the right tools and supplies needed to have a fantastic bonfire, while still adhering to the regulations instigated by authorities. He offers three different packages, ranging from a basic bonfire kit that will last up to three hours, to an all-inclusive bonfire with s'mores ingredients, chairs, and tiki torches. Not only does he provide all this, but when it's all over, he comes back to clean it up as well in order to make sure everything is disposed of according to regulation.
