The rental is nicely equipped with all you need to have a great stay. Couch could use a foam update - even for sitting, but otherwise the bed was comfortable, kitchen is great, shower was excellent, washer and dryer were very convenient! Deck worked out well for grilling. Garage is small but we were expecting that so it was not an issue. We would stay there again in the future!

Perfect. The place is clean, well decorated, has everything you need, and is a short walk to the beach. Mission Beach is the perfect launchpad location for visiting North/South SD or for just hanging there at the beach for the whole week. Weather, even in the midst of summer, still did not warrant air conditioning and that was my initial worry. I have stayed in SD enough that I should have remembered. The ceiling fans were perfect. Also, the garage was nice to have. However, parking a 72x196 car in a 85x200 spot is no picnic. Take the advice: Go economy if you get a rental car.
Relaxing Beach House

Nice and clean place. Don't have to worry about your kids being loud because there is a garage below you. Comes with everything you may need. Having the garage was great because everyone else was struggling to figure out where to park. I have a Jeep Patriot and it was a perfect fit. Short walk across the street to the beach and about 5-10 minute walk to Belmont Park. Easy and detailed check in and check out instructions are given to make everything as painless as possible. Enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

This place was just what we were after to relax by the seaside. It is not right on the beach so you miss all the people traffic, but it is very close to allow you to enjoy the beach. Downside, the garage is small, but we did fit a Chev SUV in it...just.

we were pleasantly surprised when we finally found the unit we had to call someone and they responded to help us find unit, every thing was as posted, did not see a second key we locked the only key we had in lock box we enjoyed our stay if we return again we will certainly consider a rental

We throughly enjoyed our stay in the Manhattan Court condo. Perfect place for a perfect vacation. The employees of Misson Sands are outstanding. We had a couple of issues come up with regards to the condo. Each person I spoke to was professional and polite. Issues were resolved very quickly.

Great location and enjoyed the private balcony. Just a few things that need some attention (kitchen cabinet, bedroom ceiling fan) but nothing major enough to worry. Patrick was great and helpful. Look forward to staying at one of Mission Sands properties in the future.

Loved both 809 and 805 Manhattan Court. TJ and Geraldo are the best, fixing things to make sure we had a comfortable stay. Krista was a sweetheart during the transition and Jeff came over to help make sure I could watch my favorite shows. Also, Patrick was so accommodating to get us another 2 days in 809. Glad to see Miriam as your new cleaning service, she will be fantastic. Only thing that I could see that needed some love was the dumpster area. I know it is a problem with the flies and extra junk laying around that the trash men would not pick up. Need to get that under control, somehow....Keep up the good work and again, thank you for a lovely stay.....will reserve 805 again soon......need to stay home for a minute but cannot WAIT to come back....

A bit loud from the street noise. Otherwise very nice. Garage only fits a "COMPACT" car and should be advertised that way. Very nice one bedroom unit we stayed in.
