Excellent vacation home for our long weekend! Bathrooms & kitchen are a little dated but very clean and comfortable. Plenty of kitchenware, towels, blankets available to use as well. Great location, quiet at night and nice for people watching as it's on the boardwalk. Only two cons: 1. there are many cracks in the doors and windows so despite the heat being on, the house was pretty chilly, and 2. the water temperature is inconsistent, when it gets hot, it's scalding ! This makes for a pretty scared-to-be-burned shower as the temperature changed if anyone else in the house used water too. All-in-all, would definitely come back again!

Beach access is literally steps away, can see ocean from kitchen window. Close to Ralphs grocery store. Plenty of dishes and towels. Very quiet location.

We just finished a stay at Casa Rosa on Mission Beach. The property was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. Everything was very clean upon our arrival, an the communication from Mission Sands was great to get us ready for the trip and in the door. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook and has a large amount of counterspace for prep. While the place might not be updated like others along the boardwalk, we loved the charm it had and didn't miss those modern touches at all. Everything worked and even the light switches were marked so you knew what went with what. The parking was a huge plus and you have more than enough for 4-5 cars depending on size. Parking can be a pain so it was nice to have available parking for when local friends came to visit. Overall, we had a great trip and would definitely come back to Casa Rosa again when we visit Mission Beach!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well-supplied with tablewear, pots and pans and other cooking utensils. Hopefully, we will be coming back.

This was the first and now the only place I will rent at the beach. It has super positive vibes and so peaceful and home! It’s beautiful and very full of love! The Lil extras in the kitchen and lots of room and parking! I will stay here and I already need to reserve next time! Kitchen goodies like spices and cooking ware is beyond excellent. A high chair and umbrellas is awesome and the Lil bongalo in the back is perfect for after the sun goes down and peaceful BBQs I love it and will be back!!!!

Loved the house. It was extremely spacious with lots of character. While most of the houses in mission beach have been redone into double or 4 units with a modern, almost sterile feel, this house was unique and charming. Just what a beach house should be. The parking was key. We were able to fit 5 cars (2 SUV and 3 regular) in the provided space!!! That is unheard of in mission beach. The patio lights were not working, I called your office and someone was out within an hour to fix it!!! We will definitely stay here again

Best place for a large family to stay!

The location of this house is the best! Right on the beach, by the boardwalk/ arcade on one side and a relaxing night life on the other. Also, super close to SeaWorld and the local Ralph's for anything you might need at home. Wonderful views of the beach from the house and a beautiful courtyard that was very private for time out of the sun and surf. The people at the office were kind, courteous and personable. Truly an enjoyable experience all around!

Great Place

This is the first Mission Beach rental our group has decided to come back again to next time. Great location, very, very well equipped, the bed situation met our needs, and we loved the courtyard!! The kitchen has just about anything you might want, not the usual minimal dishes etc. The house is a lovely Spanish style. I had expected to be able to use the garage, which we could not, but while cramped, parking on the side holds 2-3 cars and we parked our minivan in front of the garage door parallel to the street. El Carmel is close by to park any extra cars.

The beach house was excellent. Perfect location, right on the boardwalk, clean, well-supplied. The patio on the boardwalk was fantastic for people-watching during the day. The courtyard was perfect in the evening for grilling when the boardwalk got cold in the evening. Plenty of room on the property for all guests to relax and enjoy. I absolutely recommend renting this gem! Thank you Mission Sands.

We've been renting a place in January on the beach for a few years, our usual go to spot is under renovation. So glad we found Casa Rosa, we will be staying here in the future. It's spacious and fits our growing family well.

Wonderful beachfront house

Perfect for a family vacation. The house is clean, comfortable, well stocked, and a terrific location. There are plenty of bike and rollerblade rentals around and lots of restaurants within walking distance. In addition, the grocery store (Ralph's) and CVS pharmacy are just a short drive away. The website stated that beach towels were not provided but someone must have left a bunch cause there were about 5. I wish I had known that since I packed towels in my luggage. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The courtyard is lovely although I didn't spend any time there. My teenage son liked to hang out there though. A washer and dryer were available so you can pack light. We were a party of 10, my oldest son slept on the couch but didn't seem to mind and everyone agreed that they would like to return and stay at Casa Rosa again.
