Come stay in this large 2nd floor condo with a rooftop deck! With 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the main level, this courtside property is perfect for extended family or friends and family to stay together! There is a small balcony off the living room, and a rooftop deck outside of the loft bedroom large enough for everyone to catch some sun. Just a few buildings from the bay and a block and a half from the ocean, you get the best of both worlds here. The condo is close to Belmont Park which holds our famous Big Dipper Roller Coaster, and all the free space of Mission Bay Park. Don't delay! A place this big is uncommon and won't stick around long!

The condo size was great with the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. The food top deck was great to utilize. The biggest negatives: no ceiling fans anywhere, just two stand up fans (we had to go buy 3 cheap fans), not enough seating in the living/dining room area, a bigger couch and bigger dining table could probably fit in there, need more and better seating on the rooftop deck, better lighting on the deck, the lights going down the steps to exit to the street were burnt out, a couple of the screens in the bedrooms were broke. The house and having a two car garage were fantastic as well as the location. The negatives were minor things but I think could really help out and bring in more money.

Obviously when this place is rented you are paying for the location. It is close to the beach, bay and Belmont Park. There are many disadvantages to this property which are out of anyone's control such as street noise, alley noise and bright lights all night long. One thing that could be improved upon in the unit is blinds/ shades, fans, and window screens. Because there is no a/c, it is best to sleep with the windows open. However, a good night sleep is near impossible with all the noise and light coming in due to lack of window shades.
